The Rooms
All 304 rooms at Grand Velas Los Cabos have stunning ocean views! And the rooms aren’t really rooms but rather large, spacious suites. In fact, the smallest room you can book is 1,100 square feet! With an array of room choices including Two Bedroom Family Suites, Wellness and Presidential Suites, there is a perfect room for everyone. Adults will love the luxurious touches like 5-piece bathrooms, fully stocked minibars with premium alcohol & snacks and Molton Brown bath products while the kids will relish in the amenities just for them like the in-room kid sized tee-pee, nightly milk and cookies and robes and slippers fit especially for them.
Traveling with a baby? No problem! Grand Velas Los Cabos has a baby concierge ready and willing to provide everything needed for the tiniest travelers. Cribs, highchairs, strollers, bottles, bottle sterilizers, pacifiers, and toys are all included with your stay.
Kids and Teens Club
When your kids (or you) are ready for break, there is a supervised Kids Club for kids ages 3- 12 available for drop off anytime from early morning until 11 pm at night. The awesome childcare staff will lead your kids in arts and crafts, play games, order food or take them to a restaurant when they’re hungry and watch them while they play in the fun indoor play space. There is also a separate space for teens with endless entertainment like foosball, pool tables, video game cubbies, movies, karaoke, and a non alcoholic bar and snack station. Parents can drop their children at these kid and teen friendly spaces while they enjoy a spa treatment, an adult only dinner on property or one of the included mixology or cooking classes.
The Pools
Grand Velas Los Cabos doesn’t just cater to families, it appeals to adults as well. There are three ocean facing infinity pools, one of which is for adults only. The adults only pool is the closest to the ocean with a swim up bar, jacuzzies and gorgeous ocean views. Let the pool butlers cater to your every need including setting up your lounger and bringing you whatever your heart desires. If you’re looking for some daytime entertainment, head to the all-ages activities pool where you will find pool volleyball, water games and a family friendly swim up bar serving your favorite vacation cocktails. And when you’re hungry during the day, you can order delicious poolside food from any of the three pools.
The Spa
No luxury resort is complete without an awe-inspiring spa and the SE Spa at Grand Velas Los Cabos will not disappoint! The 35,000 square feet spa is truly remarkable and will whisk you away to pure tranquility. Before or after one of the many spa services available at Grand Velas, you can enjoy the Spa Water Journey- one of the best hydrotherapy sessions I have seen! Take a journey to relaxation visiting the sauna, color therapy steam room, scrub and ice room, sensation showers, hot tub jacuzzi and a cold plunge pool. Each session ends with a dip in the large sensations pool complete with waterfall massagers, water bubble beds, cervical neck jets, sensory bubble volcanoes and more! The Food
One of the biggest misconceptions about all-inclusive resorts is that the food quality is low. I can attest that the food at Grand Velas is AMAZING! If you are a foodie like me, you will not be disappointed. There are 7 gourmet restaurants including an 8- 10 course tasting menu designed by a Michelin rated chef. Enjoy the finest surf and turf, contemporary Mexican, French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine that is sure to leave your taste buds buzzing! Room service is also available all day and night so you can dine from the comfort of your suite or on your ocean view balcony.
