Paradise Travel Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between Paradise Travel LLC d/b/a Paradise Travel (“Paradise” and/or “we/us/our”) and you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Client” and “passenger” and “you/your”). By planning travel with Paradise, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that Paradise acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (“Supplier(s)”) and is not the source or provider of the travel services.  These terms include warranties and disclaimers and exclusions of liability and may restrict your rights and remedies and provide protection to Paradise.

  1. USE OF PARADISE SERVICES, ACCESS AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to make travel bookings with Paradise. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings made on behalf of yourself and any member of your traveling party [TC1] and warrant that all information supplied by you on behalf of yourself, members of your household, or others for whom you are authorized to transact business with us is true and accurate. You agree that you will only make legitimate reservations or purchases with Paradise and its Suppliers, and acknowledge that, without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation is prohibited.

All bookings are accepted by Paradise as agent for the travel Suppliers on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select, and you understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any Supplier that you have selected as a service provider on an itinerary you have approved.

  1. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through Paradise. By submitting a credit card authorization form to Paradise, you agree to allow Paradise to use your payment method to purchase travel products from our Suppliers on your behalf. EXCEPTING IN CASES OF FRAUD, YOU AGREE NOT TO FILE ANY DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO AVOID OR VIOLATE ANY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARADISE OR ITS SUPPLIERS, INCLUDING CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES OF ITINERARY OR ARRANGEMENTS FOR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF PARADISE OR ITS SUPPLIERS. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO CHARGEBACK, REVERSE OR RECOLLECT A PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED TRIP PAYMENT, PARADISE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COLLECT ALL ADDITIONAL COSTS, FEES AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH CHARGEBACK, REVERSAL OR RECOLLECTION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ATTORNEY FEES.

All payments for travel are due prior to departure according to each Supplier’s terms and conditions of booking. You understand that failure to make final payment or any violation of a Supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservations, in your being denied access to any flights, tours, hotels, cruises, or other travel services, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for your reservations. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and under deposit. You may not be entitled to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans after confirmation of a booking. All cancellation requests must be sent to Paradise in writing. As a result of cancellation, third-party Supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card or other payment method you authorized to pay for travel services or deducted from the Supplier’s refund. By completing a credit card authorization form, you are giving Paradise Travel permission to make a payment on your belhalf  directly with the supplier. This includes and not in limited to forms that Paradise Travel will fill out on your behalf with the credit card details you have submitted.

  1. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING TSA AND DHS ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

It is the responsibility of each Client to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry acceptable identification in order to board a flight. Acceptable identification can be found at http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids; examples are DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license, Passport, a foreign government passport. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records. You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Client to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and tours.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE ANY AND ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW AND VERIFY ALL INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY. CONTACT PARADISE IMMEDIATELY IF CHANGES OR CORRECTIONS ARE REQUIRED.

Paradise strongly recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger if their passport expires within six (6) months of the anticipated date of return. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation. Client is responsible to make Paradise aware when traveling on a passport from a country other than the United States of America. Paradise neither controls nor warrants the issuance of visas or approval of visa waivers related to your travel. Should a visa not be issued, Paradise is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. Please note that rules of each country regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis.

Children and infants also require travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities; please see https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-3643 for additional information.

  1. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS

Each country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or prior criminal offense, contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. You can visit the US State Department Website for further information about these requirements. See, https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html. We do not inquire about an individual’s criminal record in the interest of respecting our Clients’ privacy. For example, if traveling to or through Canada, individuals with a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) record should review current entry requirements. See: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility.html.

  1. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on the aircraft.
(1) Federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in the passenger’s luggage or on the passenger’s person. A violation can result in five years’ imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radio- active materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radiopharmaceuticals.
(2) There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in the passenger’s luggage and certain smoking materials carried on the passenger’s person. For further information, each passenger should contact the relevant airline representative(s) on their itinerary. Restrictions on hazardous materials are listed http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/prohibited-items.

  1. INSECTICIDE NOTICE

We recommend that you refer to the DOT list of airports in countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides prior to the flight or while on the aircraft. This list is on the DOT’s website and is updated from time to time: http://www.dot.gov/office-policy/aviation-policy/aircraft-disinsection-requirements.

  1. HEALTH/IMMUNIZATIONS

You must have the proper immunizations and health screenings and required documentation of such immunizations and screenings before travel. Paradise shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health, vaccination, or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. In some cases, required inoculations must be recorded by Client’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the Client must carry for proof of inoculation. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking. Check the State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov, for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations, and the Center for Disease Control http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ relating to health issues related to travel.

  1. AIR TRAVEL, SCHEDULE RECONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN

Paradise shall not assume any responsibility for any air schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in price. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.

Airline e-tickets expire a year from issue date unless carrier fare rules in passenger’s itinerary fare provide otherwise.

Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights.

  1. RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS/OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of any pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing or make any other corrections. All offers, incentives and Supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Prospective Clients are advised to reserve early to avoid disappointment, increases in fares and additional late booking fees.

  1. UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS, MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS AND ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS

When tour, cruise or package prices are based on Suppliers’ contract rates, you will not be entitled to any refund for any unused portion of travel.

Some group tours are based on minimum numbers of passengers traveling; if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed, or the tour may be canceled. Any cancellations of a tour or package for reason of failing to meet the minimum traveler requirement will be governed by the tour operator’s cancellation policy.

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. All requests for changes to a booking must be made in writing to Paradise.

The Supplier may determine that alterations in itinerary are necessary for any number of reasons, including but not limited to severe weather. Any alterations to an itinerary are at the sole discretion of the Supplier, and Paradise bears no responsibility for any changes.

  1. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

Paradise acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source or provider of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Paradise. The Suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and you consent to the use of those Suppliers.

BECAUSE PARADISE ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE THAT PARADISE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. PARADISE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH PARADISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, THEIR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES, FUEL INCREASES, BANKRUPTCY, OR CESSATION OF OPERATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OF PARADISE’S CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE PARADISE FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.

PARADISE HAS SOLELY RECEIVED COMMISSION AND FEES FOR TRAVEL TRANSACTIONS AND CLIENT AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FROM PARADISE WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF COMMISSION AND FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY PARADISE.

  1. RISKS/SAFETY

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Paradise urges Clients to remain informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on health and safety conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at http://www.state.gov, http://www.tsa.gov, http://www.dot.gov, http://www.faa.gov, http://www.cdc.gov, and http://www.cbp.gov. The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/.

BY OFFERING FOR SALE TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, PARADISE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS. CLIENT’S PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT CLIENT’S OWN RISK.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Paradise will not be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, including web host and internet service provider, breakdown or malfunction of equipment, destruction of or serious damage to facilities, natural catastrophes including, but not limited to extreme weather events, floods and volcanic eruptions, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy, and any other unforeseen circumstance which is beyond the control of Paradise. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS.

In addition, each of Paradise’s Suppliers have terms and conditions which include Force Majeure provisions. In the event that a Force Majeure event occurs, those Suppliers may be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary, postpone or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in the sole and absolute discretion of the Supplier, pursuant to their policies, although Paradise shall use its reasonable efforts to secure reimbursement for you where possible.

  1. PLANNING FEES

You agree that, if plans do need to change and we agree to accommodate you, you will be subject to a rush fee, which we have the option to charge in our own reasonable judgment. This rush fee will vary depending on the time allowed for planning. We promise to clearly communicate to you what that fee will be and to amend this Service Agreement accordingly so we all can agree in writing to the new fee(s). Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are issued and cannot be guaranteed until payment is made. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees. 1. GENERAL

The laws of the State of Colorado govern these Terms and Conditions. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Douglas County, Colorado in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings with Paradise.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in effect.

Paradise Travel Destination Wedding Planning Agreement

By signing this agreement and/or paying Paradise Travel's planning fee, the clients acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to the terms outlined below, as well as Paradise Travel's general Terms & Conditions found on our website.

This agreement outlines the destination wedding travel planning and group management services provided by Paradise Travel.

Destination & Resort Selection

Paradise Travel will assist the couple in finding a destination, resort and wedding option that best fits their vision, budget and guest needs.

Services include:

  • An initial consultation to discuss the couple's wedding vision, priorities, estimated guest count, budget and destination preferences.

  • Research and presentation of up to three resort or venue recommendations based on the criteria discussed during the initial consultation.

  • Research into wedding availability and available wedding packages at recommended resorts.

  • Guidance regarding resort location, wedding venues, guest experience, room categories, amenities and overall suitability for the group.

If the initial recommendations are not satisfactory, an additional consultation will be scheduled to further refine the couple's preferences before additional recommendations are researched.

Wedding Package & Resort Coordination

Paradise Travel will assist the couple in reviewing available wedding packages and understanding the general inclusions, requirements and pricing associated with each option.

Paradise Travel will assist with securing the wedding date and general wedding location at the selected resort and will facilitate the initial communication between the couple and the resort's wedding department.

Once the resort assigns an onsite wedding coordinator, that coordinator will work directly with the couple regarding wedding-specific details such as décor, flowers, menus, cake, entertainment, ceremony setup, photography and other wedding-day selections.

Paradise Travel will remain available as an advocate and liaison when assistance with resort communication is needed.

Marriage Requirements

Paradise Travel will provide general information regarding the known marriage requirements for the destination selected, including the distinction between symbolic and legal ceremonies when applicable.

The couple is ultimately responsible for obtaining, completing and submitting all required legal documents, identification, passports, marriage paperwork and applicable fees within the required timeframes.

Government requirements may change at any time. Paradise Travel is not a legal service and cannot provide legal advice or guarantee that a marriage will be legally recognized.

Group Room Block & Contract Negotiation

Paradise Travel will assist in negotiating and securing a resort group contract or group booking code when available and appropriate for the wedding group.

Paradise Travel will review the proposed group contract with the couple and help explain important provisions, including:

  • Room rates and room categories

  • Deposit and payment requirements

  • Minimum room-night requirements

  • Cancellation terms

  • Attrition requirements

  • Room-release dates

  • Complimentary room policies

  • Group concessions and amenities

  • Applicable deadlines and potential penalties

Paradise Travel is experienced in reviewing destination wedding group contracts and will help the couple understand the financial commitments associated with the room block before the contract is signed.

Final acceptance and execution of the supplier contract remains the responsibility of the couple.

Room Block Management & Attrition

Once the group contract has been signed, Paradise Travel will monitor the room block as guest reservations are made.

Paradise Travel will track room inventory and important contractual deadlines and will advise the couple when adjustments to the room block may be appropriate.

When rooms are not booking as anticipated, Paradise Travel will recommend releasing unnecessary inventory before applicable contractual deadlines whenever possible in an effort to reduce the couple's exposure to attrition charges or other supplier penalties.

When certain room categories are booking more quickly than anticipated, Paradise Travel may request additional inventory from the resort when available.

Paradise Travel will also monitor the group's room-night production to help ensure the couple receives any applicable earned concessions, complimentary rooms, upgrades or other group benefits.

Paradise Travel's goal is to strategically manage the room block, maximize the benefits earned by the group and help minimize unnecessary financial exposure.

However, all group contracts are ultimately agreements between the contracting parties and the applicable supplier. Paradise Travel cannot guarantee that attrition fees, cancellation penalties or other supplier-imposed charges will never apply.

The couple remains responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of the supplier's group contract and for making final decisions regarding rooms held, added or released.

Guest Reservations & Travel Management

Paradise Travel will serve as the primary travel contact for guests booking through the wedding group.

Services may include:

  • Explaining the group's room options, rates and booking requirements

  • Assisting guests with selecting and reserving accommodations

  • Processing authorized payments toward guest reservations

  • Communicating applicable deposit and final-payment deadlines

  • Arranging round-trip airport/hotel transportation when applicable

  • Providing travel protection information

  • Answering travel-related questions

  • Assisting with preplanned destination tours or activities when requested

  • Collecting applicable guest travel information

  • Providing individual travel documents prior to departure

Paradise Travel will communicate directly with guests regarding their individual travel arrangements so the couple does not have to manage each guest's reservation.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate traveler information and submitting requested information and payments by the communicated deadlines.

Paradise Travel is not responsible for penalties, cancellations, loss of reservations or changes in pricing resulting from a guest's failure to provide required information or payment by the applicable deadline.

Guests Booking Outside the Wedding Group

Guests who choose to make their travel arrangements independently or outside of the contracted wedding group may not be eligible for the group's negotiated rates, transportation arrangements, amenities, inclusions or other benefits.

Reservations made outside of the contracted group may also not count toward the group's minimum room-night requirements or earned concessions.

Any additional charges imposed by the resort for guests staying outside of the group or at another property are the responsibility of the applicable guest and/or couple.

Paradise Travel is not responsible for managing reservations made independently or through another travel agency, website or supplier.

Wedding Group Communication

Paradise Travel will assist with communicating important travel information and deadlines to guests who have booked their travel through Paradise Travel.

This may include:

  • Payment reminders

  • Travel requirements

  • Transportation information

  • Important resort information

  • Pre-travel reminders

  • Wedding-related information supplied to Paradise Travel by the couple

The couple agrees to provide Paradise Travel with accurate and timely information regarding wedding events that need to be communicated to guests.

Travel Documents

Paradise Travel will provide travel documents to guests who have booked their applicable travel arrangements through Paradise Travel.

Travel documents may include reservation information, airport transportation instructions, resort information, important travel reminders and wedding event information provided by the couple.

Each traveler is responsible for reviewing their documents and immediately notifying Paradise Travel of any errors.

Wedding Planning vs. Travel Planning

Paradise Travel is a travel and event planning agency specializing in destination wedding travel and group management.

Paradise Travel is not the onsite wedding coordinator or full-service wedding planner unless separately contracted in writing to provide those services.

Paradise Travel's responsibilities relate primarily to destination and resort selection, travel arrangements, accommodations, group contract negotiation and management, guest travel, transportation and the facilitation of communication with the resort.

The resort's wedding coordinator and/or other contracted wedding vendors are responsible for the execution of wedding-specific details, which may include décor, flowers, ceremony setup, menus, cake, entertainment, photography, videography and day-of wedding coordination.

Paradise Travel will remain available to assist with communication and advocate for the couple when appropriate but is not responsible for the actions, omissions, delays or performance of the resort, onsite wedding coordinator or other third-party suppliers.

The couple agrees to notify Paradise Travel promptly of any changes made directly with the resort or wedding department that could affect the group's accommodations, contract, travel arrangements or scheduled events.

Honeymoon Planning

When requested, Paradise Travel may also assist the couple with honeymoon planning.

Services may include:

  • Destination selection

  • Resort and room/suite selection

  • Budget guidance

  • Flights

  • Transfers and transportation

  • Tours and excursions

  • Resort amenities

  • Travel protection information

  • Passport and visa requirement information

  • Airport services, including expedited customs or airport services when available

Planning & Group Management Fee

A $500 non-refundable destination wedding planning and group management fee is due following the initial consultation and before Paradise Travel begins resort research, wedding availability inquiries, group contract negotiations or other planning services.

This professional fee compensates Paradise Travel for the time, research, expertise and administrative work involved in planning and managing the destination wedding group.

The planning fee is separate from all deposits and payments made toward accommodations, wedding packages, transportation, flights or other travel services.

The $500 planning fee is non-refundable once paid, including if the couple decides not to proceed with the destination wedding or chooses to book through another travel provider.

Cancellation of the Wedding or Group

Once a supplier group contract has been signed, significant time and administrative work is involved in establishing and managing the group.

If the couple cancels the destination wedding and/or the entire contracted travel group after a group contract has been executed, Paradise Travel reserves the right to assess an additional administrative cancellation fee of up to $1,000.

This fee is separate from the initial $500 planning fee and is also separate from any cancellation penalties, non-refundable deposits or other charges imposed by the resort or other travel suppliers.

Supplier cancellation penalties will be determined according to the applicable supplier contract and are the responsibility of the individuals identified as financially responsible under that contract.

Changes & Supplier Policies

Hotels, resorts, airlines, transfer companies, tour operators, cruise lines and other travel providers used in connection with the destination wedding are independent third-party suppliers.

Each supplier establishes its own policies regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, credits and other terms.

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier. Supplier policies may change and may be more restrictive than Paradise Travel's policies.

Paradise Travel does not control supplier policies and cannot waive, modify or guarantee exceptions to a supplier's terms.

Third-Party Suppliers

Paradise Travel is an independent travel agency that arranges travel and related services through third-party suppliers.

These suppliers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Resorts and hotels

  • Airlines

  • Tour operators

  • Transfer companies

  • Cruise lines

  • Excursion providers

  • Wedding vendors

  • Transportation providers

  • Other travel-related service providers

Each supplier is an independent entity and is not owned, managed or controlled by Paradise Travel.

Paradise Travel acts as an intermediary in arranging these services and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes or failure to perform by an independent supplier.

Travel Protection

Paradise Travel strongly recommends that all travelers consider purchasing appropriate travel protection.

Travel protection may provide coverage for certain unexpected circumstances subject to the specific policy's terms, conditions, exclusions and coverage limits.

Paradise Travel may provide information regarding available travel protection options; however, the decision to purchase or decline coverage belongs to each traveler.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the terms of any travel protection policy they purchase.

Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that they have the proper identification, passport, visa and other documentation required to enter and exit their destination and return to their home country.

Paradise Travel may provide general information regarding known requirements but does not guarantee the accuracy of government requirements, which are subject to change.

Travelers are responsible for confirming current requirements applicable to their individual circumstances prior to travel.

Client Responsibilities

The couple agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate traveler and wedding information.

  • Review contracts, proposals, invoices and confirmations provided by Paradise Travel.

  • Make required payments by the stated deadlines.

  • Notify Paradise Travel promptly of errors or requested changes.

  • Inform Paradise Travel of changes made directly with the resort, wedding department or other suppliers.

  • Communicate requested wedding information to Paradise Travel when it needs to be distributed to guests.

  • Comply with the terms of any supplier contracts they sign.

Failure to meet supplier deadlines may result in loss of accommodations, changes in pricing, cancellation penalties, attrition charges or loss of group concessions.

Paradise Travel Terms & Conditions

In addition to this Destination Wedding Planning Agreement, all reservations and services arranged by Paradise Travel are subject to Paradise Travel's general Terms & Conditions.

By signing this agreement, paying the planning fee, authorizing a deposit or making a reservation through Paradise Travel, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to those Terms & Conditions.
