Rooms at Le Blanc Cancun
Le Blanc Resort and Spa in Cancun is a Five Diamond Resort with only 260 rooms. Because of the smaller size this boutique hotel feels very intimate yet still spacious. Decked out in white and modern décor, all rooms here are very contemporary and inviting. The large suites each have a 2 person jetted tub for the ultimate relaxation and romance plus every room has a view of either the lagoon, partial ocean views or ocean front landscapes.

Butlers at Le Blanc
The most unique part of this luxury resort is the Butler Service that every traveler gets no matter what room category they are staying in. The butlers are here to enhance your vacation experience and make your stay as comfortable as possible. They will unpack your luggage, press your garments, draw you a bath, make dinner reservations, arrange your spa and hydrotherapy sessions, deliver ice, and schedule your wake-up calls. If there’s something you need, your butler will make sure you have it. I loved that my butler was so attentive and accommodating—he truly made our stay memorable.
Comfort menus
One of the special features of Le Blanc Cancun are the comfort menus in each room. Travelers can choose from a large variety of pillow types, handcrafted soaps, as well as specialty bath salts and aromatherapy. Let your butler know your preferences and these will be executed according to your likes. This makes your vacation feel like it is personally tailored for you, because, well, it is!

The Pools
At Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun there are 3 pools you can enjoy. The Main pool is called Pool Sol. This beach front infinity pool has stunning ocean views and a large swim up bar. You will find plenty of pool loungers as well as cabanas (for rent). This pool never felt crowded. Because of where the resort sits, this pool loses sun in the later afternoon (when I was there in September, it became shaded around 3:00 pm). There is pool food and beverage service here which was fast and convenient. I loved the nachos and quesadillas!
The second pool, Pool Luna, is on the lagoon facing side of the resort. There is also a swim up bar here and where most of the pool activities take place like aqua spinning, volleyball, water aerobics, and water polo. I actually loved this pool as it was pretty empty most of the time and really quiet—it was the perfect place for me to Zen out. Once the sun sets on the Pool Luna you can head over here for full sun and gorgeous sunset views. A dock/gazebo is also found back here. This is a great place to walk along and take pictures.
The third pool which is actually located on the third floor of the resort is almost like a roof top pool as it overlooks the resort and has stunning ocean views. This pool is much smaller than the other two and doesn’t have a swim up bar but is equally relaxing.
The Beach At Le Blanc
One of the main draws to this resort is the beach. It is BEAUTIFUL! The turquoise blue water and the white sand is definitely a beach lovers dream! Le Blanc Cancun is truly a beachfront resort as the ocean is just steps from the hotel. Being that this adult only luxury resort is in the heart of the Hotel Zone, it statistically sees less seaweed than other areas. Of course, you cannot predict mother nature but due to the location, seaweed here tends to be minimal to none. During my visit, I did not see any seaweed at all. There are also plenty of loungers, beach food and beverage service and a bar as well. The beach was my favorite place to hang out and relax while listening to the sounds of the waves and taking in all the natural Vitamin D that I could!

The Spa
When I visit resort, I almost ALWAYS make it a point to visit the spa. I like to call this market research! Le Blanc Cancun has a truly remarkable spa with one of the best hydrotherapy circuits I have done.
You begin with a cool shower followed by the sauna and the eucalyptus infused steam room. The steam room also includes a facial and hair mask. After the steam room you enter the very cool (no pun intended) ice room where you exfoliate with ice chips followed by an aloe vera body mask. After another quick shower, it’s off to the hot tub with a aromatic citrus facial towel before heading into the cold plunge pool. This pool is kept at 64- 69 degrees- brrr but so good for you! After the cold plunge you head to the warm pool where jets massage whatever aches you may have left. It really was a relaxing and invigorating experience. Even if you don’t book any spa services, the hydrotherapy circuit is complimentary with your stay.
The Vibe At Le Blanc Cancun
The vibe here is very laid back and more quiet than other resorts I have been to. This is definitely not a “spring break party resort.” The very chill Le Blanc Cancun doesn’t have a lively atmosphere but was just what I was looking for a quick romantic getaway with my husband. It wasn’t a dull dud either, there was a live band one night as well as a piano player in the lobby as well.
