Planning a family vacation can be stressful, how do you know you are picking the right resort and room? With over 45 different room categories to choose from, you might be wondering which one you should pick for your family? After staying here and getting an official tour of Beaches Turks and Caicos, I have a great understanding of the layout of the villages to share with you. I can assure you my first hand review will help you plan the perfect Beaches Turks and Caicos family vacation!

Beaches Turks and Caicos is a family friendly all inclusive resort located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world - Grace Bay Beach.

Comfortable and Spacious Accommodations

Beaches Turks and Caicos has 5 unique villages and 45 different room categories –there is definitely a perfect room for each family and budget depending on your specific needs. I highly recommend using a certified Sandals or Beaches specialist like me to help you navigate this luxury family resort. (I do not charge any fees so enlisting my help is entirely FREE to you.)

Each village has their own lobby, pool and restaurants but you don’t have to be staying in a particular village in order to enjoy the amenities there.

The Italian Village

I personally love the Italian Village for the central location and the huge pool with a swim up bar! The rooms here are great for families that want some separate space. One of my favorite rooms here has a separate kid's room with a trundle bunk bed which can comfortably sleep 3 kids. This room is actually the smallest room in the Italian Village which is crazy because it's so spacious!

This is a great village for families looking to be in a central location near all the action!

The Key West Village

The Key West Village, located furthest east, is the newest area at Beaches Turks and Caicos. This section is pretty removed from all the action – which is great if you’re looking for a quiet stay. The Key West rooms are the largest at Beaches Turks and offer multiple bedroom suites. Some even have kitchens, and washers and dyers. All the rooms in the Key West Village are either concierge or butler level– perfect for those looking to add even more luxury and perks to their vacation. The vibe here is definitely more quiet and perfect for those wanting larger suites to spread out in. There are a couple of smaller pools here that are also pretty quiet too for those looking for a little peace on their vacation.

If you are really looking to splurge on this vacation then I would recommend the Key West Butler Villas with private pools. These three story villas are located directly on the beach. These villas have full kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave and granite countertops, a fully furnished living room with sofa, chairs, HD Smart TV and dining room. Choose from either a three or four bedroom that can accommodate up to 10 people.

The French Village

The French Village is the furthest from the beach but the closest to the Pirate Island Waterpark and the center stage where the Sesame Street characters perform. The French Village combines Caribbean and French influences in its design and ambiance. Many of the rooms in the French village have private balconies or patios where you can relax and enjoy the views of the resort or surrounding gardens.

The Caribbean Village

The Caribbean Village is the most affordable option at Beaches Turks and Caicos. Rooms here can show their age but are a great option to fit within many budgets. You'll find several dining options within the Caribbean Village, including Neptunes, The Cricketers Pub, and Barefoot by the Sea which is a convenient perk of staying here. It is also close to the beach. This village is great for families on a budget.

Seaside Village

Being situated along the beach, the Seaside Village offers easy access to the sand and sea, making it an excellent choice for guests who love oceanfront living. It's also relatively close to some of the resort's main amenities. If you're looking for an accommodation with stunning beachfront views and a relaxed, tropical ambiance, the Seaside Village may be a great choice. It offers a beach-oriented experience, making it perfect for those who want to be close to the ocean during their stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort.

Tell me more about Beaches Turks and Caicos!

Everything is included!

Yes, you read that right! At Beaches Turks and Caicos, pretty much everything (even tips) are included. If you are new to all-inclusive resort vacations, you might not understand what that really means. At all Beaches resorts, pretty much everything is included with the cost of your stay. This means your airport transportation, food (all meals & snacks), premium alcoholic drinks, most water activities including glass bottom boat rides, the super fun surf simulator, and the thrilling waterpark – all included. I can't think of too much that the cost of this vacation didn't include.

Note: snorkeling is not one of the included activities at Beaches Turks and Caicos so expect to pay a fee when you check out your equipment.

I hope you come to Beaches Turks and Caicos hungry as well because there are 21 different restaurants to choose from. We loved the Barefoot Grill where you literally eat with your toes in the sand!

There’s so much to do and again, its ALL included

I could write an entire blog post on just this topic because there is so much to do here! One of the biggest draws is the Beach, Grace Bay, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You could spend all day here lounging in the sun and sand (we did this as much as our active kids would allow us to!) All water sports are included as well. Hobie cats, kayaks, paddle boards, and our favorite- the glass bottom boat ride over the reef to search for marine life- are all included in your stay. We were able to see several fish and even a sea turtle poking his head out of the water during our boat ride.

One of the biggest reasons families with children love this resort is the 45,000 sq ft waterpark. There are 3 large slides, 2 medium slides, several smaller slides, a lazy river and my boys favorite- a surf simulator. The pools here are also great and never felt crowded because there are 7 different ones to choose from. My favorite was the French Village Pool for its large size and plentiful lounge chairs.

There is something for everyone

Young kids will love the Sesame Street characters you will find all over the resort. From character parades to baking cookies with Cookie Monster himself, children will have lots of opportunities to not only meet but hang out with their favorites from Sesame Street. Every night (usually before 6 pm) the Sesame Street characters put on an interactive, family friendly outdoor stage show featuring dances and songs. Rest assured, Beaches Turks and Caicos is not just for little kids, in fact, older kids and teens will equally love it here. My boys loved hanging out at the Xbox lounge and the tween and teen club, Club Liquid. Club Liquid was the highlight of my older son’s vacation. He loved the teen atmosphere and the nightly DJ spinning tunes. After hours, Club Liquid turns into a 21+ dance club. Speaking of adults only, there is an adult only restaurant called Sky Lounge for those nights when the kids are at the supervised kids club or Club Liquid.

There is plenty to do for everyone in the evenings– beach parties, live Shows, karaoke, dancing, piano bars, live bands, and game nights kept us entertained each night. The best part about a Beaches vacation is you can always find something to do to entertain your family or you can find relaxation in doing nothing- it’s your vacation!
